Seated Ankle inversion

1. Start seated with one ankle on the opposite knee and the band looped under the supporting leg and around the ball of the foot.

2. Moving through the ankle push the side of the foot upwards putting tension on the band.

3. Hold for a count of 3 then release tension on the band.
