Couch Stretch
1. Place a pillow or towel in front of a couch or wall.
2. Face away from the couch or wall and put your right knee on the pillow or towel.
3. Bring your right foot behind you and place the top of your foot against the couch or wall.
4. Step forward with your left foot so it’s directly under your left knee.
5. Lift your upper body and try to keep your back flat.
6. Hold for 1–2 minutes, feeling the stretch in your hip flexor and quad.
7. Switch sides and repeat.
Complete a total of 2-3 reps each side holding for 1-2 minutes.
