Hip abduction seated with microband

  1. Sit on a stable surface where your thighs are at or slightly above parallel.  Put the Microband around the knees.  Step both feet apart to slightly outside hip width

2. Maintain a tall posture.  Push both knees out without lifting the feet.  Hold for 3-5 seconds before returning to the starting position
