Lying twist and turning (Getting out of bed)
This is a strategy to help limit your back pain when you are trying to rise from bed.
1. Lying flat on your back with knees up
2. Swing knees and shoulders at the same time to the side you will get up from.
3. Push your arms upwards from the bed at the same time you swing your legs over the bed.
Once you are up, straighten then stand.
