Step up - Exercise Sheet
1. Set up your step or find a step near a balance support, for example using the banister of the staircase and use if needed, try to limit to just help for balance and not using your upper body to pull.
2. Begin by placing the foot of the working leg up on the step.

3. Push down through the leg on the step, engaging the quadriceps till you’re standing upright.
4. Then bring the non-working leg back down to the bottom, control the movement all the way up and down.
