What can I expect from a Full Body Assessment?

During a Full Body Assessment, we assess all the major joints in your body from head to toe to identify any injuries, weaknesses, or underlying issues. This thorough evaluation allows us to create a tailored Clinical Exercise and Pilates program specific to your needs, rather than using a one-size-fits-all approach.

We continuously update our assessment methods based on the latest research, ensuring the best outcomes for you. While there’s a lot of work upfront, this in-depth assessment ensures we start on the right foot, and if adjustments are needed later, we have a solid foundation to guide any changes to your program
