MD Health Nutrition Information Session
Turning Intentions in to Habits
To create the best chance of success, creating an environment conductive to change is important. The first place to start when working on changing your health intentions and turning them in to habits is in the kitchen.
At our follow up nutrition information session we’ll give you the tips and tools you need to succeed in clearing out your fridge and pantry and removing hidden calories and replacing processed foods with nutritious wholefoods.

- Get access to our team for an hour to ask any questions you may have about nutrition and creating good habits.
- Meet other MD Health clients (new clients welcome too!)
- Learn about how to turn your intentions in to habits with healthy eating, and the tools and foods you should have to help you achieve this!
- Trial equipment and exercises with supervision from our qualified Physiotherapists and Accredited Exercise Physiologists.

- All of our staff are either Physiotherapists or Accredited Exercise Physiologists, so not only is this program designed for strength gains, but it also provides prevention and maintenance in reducing the risk of injury to prone areas, such as the lower back, hips, knees and shoulders.
