Myotherapists may use a variety of techniques including soft tissue manipulation, trigger point therapy and dry needling to name a few. The treatments are holistic and may assist you becoming and maintaining a more mobile and active self.

Kid’s Playroom

We know that sometimes it is difficult to arrange childcare to allow you to exercise. Our Kid’s Playroom has an exciting arrangement of toys, drawing tools and TV equipped with Kids Netflix to fully occupy the kids whilst you’re doing your Clinical Exercise program.
