Please know that we at MD Health are still here to support you and still care for your general health, even if it has to be from afar.

We are happy to let you know that we have established an alternative for you to keep active and maintain your strength and fitness if you are unable to make it in to the clinic for your regular sessions whilst this crisis runs its course and beyond.

Teleheath sessions are perfect for those self-isolating, unable to drive due to injury, recent surgery or are unwell and unable to make it in clinic.
