Ankle Eversion with a band

1. Place the band on the outside of the foot and step out slightly, putting some tension on the band.

2. Push your foot outwards in a curved motion, keeping your knee pointing straight ahead.

AVOID:
• Rotating the knee and hip outwards
• Flaring the toes upwards
