Ankle Inversion with band

  1. Place the power band around the inside of your foot and feet slightly out turned.

 

Ankle Inversion with band 1

2. Pull your foot and ankle inwards in a curved motion, keeping your knees straight.
Eg, left foot pushing towards the right and vice versa

AVOID:

  • Rotating your knee and hip inwards
