Clams in sidelying with Theraband
1. Begin lying on your side, with both knees and ankles bent up together halfway towards your chest. Loop a band (medium-heavy) around your thighs just above your knees.
2. Keeping your ankles together, and pelvis and lower back still (not rotating backwards), squeeze your bottom and lift your top knee off the bottom one. Hold for 2-3seconds and lower back down.
Repeat 10 times. Do 2 sets.
