Lunges with Fit-Ball – Level 3 - Exercise Sheet

1. Standing with your feet apart – one foot in front of the other, fit-ball resting at your lower back

2. Both feet and knees should be in line with each hip

3. Slowly bend your knees and lower yourself to the ground

4. Hold here for 2 seconds

5. Stand up slowly and Repeat
