Seated Hip Internal Rotation

  1. Sitting down with feet on the ground hip width apart. Place a band around your ankles and a ball/cushion between your knees.​

2. Press knees in together into the cushion. Twist the thigh in and push the foot outwards and hold for 5 seconds. Then return to the starting position.
