Single Leg Sit to Stand

  1. Sitting on a chair begin with upright posture and feet planted hip width apart then raise one foot off the floor.

2. Engage your core muscles and push down through the foot on the floor to stand upright from the chair, ensuring that your torso stays upright.

3. Slowly lower yourself back to the chair controlling through the whole movement.
