Standing Hip flexion

  1. Place the microband around both feet, bring feet apart slightly putting some tension on the band 

*hold onto something for balance if needed*

2. Lift one leg up towards your chest like a march, keeping your body upright. Slowly return your leg to the starting position and repeat on the opposite leg.

Avoid swaying your body left and right.
