Terminal Knee Extension - Exercise Sheet
1. Loop a resistance band around a fixed or heavy object so that it forms a medium/large loop at knee height.

2. Place one leg into the band around your knee joint. Step back so that there is no laxity in the band.
3. Begin with your feet side by side and the heel of the leg you are working raised and the knee bent.

4. Slowly move your raised heel towards the floor, straightening your knee. Hold this position for 3 seconds then again raise your heel and bend your knee back to the starting position.
