Standing decompression (reaching to the sky)

The standing decompression is to help you relive your back pain yourself to better enable your ability to perform your exercises and daily tasks.

1. Stand tall, with good posture

2. Lift your arms over your head, towards the ceiling

3. Push your arms upwards as hard as you can. You should feel a stretch in your low back as you do this.
