Lumbar (low back) flexion stretch - supine

1. Lie on your back on bed or floor

2. Bring both knees up to your chest and squeeze them into your body gently

3. Try to maintain normal breathing

4. Put towel in top of hip crease if pinching in hips is a problem

Hold for 30-60 seconds, repeat 2-3 times
