Calf raises in standing - single leg

1. Standing on one foot next to a wall or kitchen bench, to hold onto.​

​2. Push your big toe into the ground. If you want, use a rolled up towel under your toes to better activate the muscles of the foot

3. Raise your heel so you are on your tip toes. Keep your knee straight (You should feel your calf and foot muscles working)
