Cat stretch with hip extension - reformer

  1. Kneeling on the reformer, holding onto the footbar with both hands

2. Push the carriage back using both legs (Pivoting at the hips only – The upper body stays still)

3. Lift one leg up in the air, extending the hip and straightening the knee – ideally so it is in line with the body
