Core Stability (TA - Level 4)
1. Lying on your back
2. Activation your core by gently pulling belly button towards spine

3. Slowly lift one leg off the ground, and extend leg from you
4. Slowly bring your leg out to the side (not too far), keeping your toes up to the ceiling

5. Slowly return to starting position
6. Repeat on each side
