Hip extension in 4 point kneel - Reformer - Exercise Sheet

  1. Kneeling on the reformer, with your hands resting on the shoulder pads and the ball of the foot on the footbar

2.  Push the carriage out using the foot that is on the footbar

 

(The other leg, the one kneeling on the carriage, should stay still and remain perpendicular the carriage)
