Lunges with weights - foot raised - Exercise Sheet

  1. Start holding a pair of dumbbells, with one foot raised onto a bench or similar.

2. Keeping your torso up tall, bend at both knees into a lunge (imagine you are dropping your back knee towards the ground).

3. Press through your front leg and come back up.
