Scapular retraction

1. Stand tall against crease of a door so that your head, middle back and tip of bottom are touching the wall

    Thoracic Wall Rotation Stretch 1

    2. Gently squeezes your shoulder blades together (you should try to get them to touch)

    3. Hold for 5seconds

    4. Return to original position
