Shoulder horizontal external rotation (with theraband)

1. Tie a theraband to a pole or in a door frame at about shoulder height.

2. Start with your  elbow  and shoulder out to the side at about 90 degrees each, holding the band.

    3. Rotate your shoulder a short range so your hand finishes up to the sky (without your shoulder shrugging forwards!)
