Single arm push ups

1. Start standing with one arm on the wall (directly in front of your chest), leaning slightly into the wall.

 

    Thoracic Wall Rotation Stretch 1

     2. Bending from the elbow, and not letting your shoulder blade collapse (don’t let it shrug up to your ear), do a small single arm push up.
