Terminal Knee Extension with Powerband - Exercise Sheet
1. Tie a heavy powerband around a pole at about knee height.
2. Step into the band, having the band around the back of your thigh, just above your knee.
3. Step back so there is some tension on the band. This should pull your knee into a bent position.
4. Squeezing your thigh muscles, straighten your knee against the band. Hold for 3-5 seconds.
