Thread the needle thoracic rotation

  1. Begin in 4 point-kneel (as pictured)

2. Rotate your upper back and reach one arm up to the ceiling as far as you can.

3. Then bring the same arm underneath you.

4. From here, drop your shoulder downward to the floor for an extra stretch. Return to the start.
