Capsule Stretch with Powerband

1. In a seated position facing away from the band, place powerband around the front of your shoulder joint.

2. Lean forward to put some stretch on the band, this will draw your shoulder backwards.

3. Reach your arm overhead, maintaining the tension on the band. This will work to loosen the posterior part of your shoulder capsule.
