Hanah is an enthusiastic dietitian who began working for Ideal Nutrition in 2021. Her passion for health and fitness stemmed from competing in endurance sports and CrossFit for many years.

Hanah graduated from Gold Coast, Griffith University with a Bachelor of Nutrition and Dietetics. Then began working in the rural parts of Central Queensland as a private practice dietitian.

Her compassionate nature allows her to get to know clients on an individual level. This in combination with her evolving knowledge of sports nutrition, allows her to develop specific nutrition plans.
