Core Stability (TA – Intermediate Level 7)

1. Lying on your back

2. Activate your core by gently pulling belly button towards spine

3. Bring your knee towards your chest

4. Extend leg away

3. Slowly lift one leg off the ground, and extend leg from you

4. Slowly bring your leg out to the side (not too far), keeping your toes up to the ceiling
