Deep Neck Flexor Strengthening – At wall with cushion - Exercise Sheet

1. Stand at wall, close to wall with feet apart

2. You can place a small pillow or something soft behind your head if needed

3. Try to gently pull your shoulders back into the wall and have your body leaning on the wall if you need to and knees slightly bent


DNF at wall Part 1

4. With your tongue on the roof of your mouth, gently tuck chin in

5. Try not to push into wall very hard only lightly – & don’t look down, keep eyes up

6. Hold for 3 seconds with normal breathing

7. Release SLOWLY with control
