Double arm external shoulder rotation with band

1. Stand with a theraband or similar tied in a loop around your wrists.

 

2. Keep your elbows tucked in by your sides, with arms bent at around 90 degrees, as pictured.

    3. Keep your elbows tucked in and stretch the band apart

     

    4. Hold for 3 seconds, then relax and let your arms back in.
