Farmers walks

1. Stand up tall, holding a weight in each hand.

2. Brace your torso (push your belly out gently) and push your elbows into the ribs. You should feel your torso and back muscles tighten.

3. Maintain this brace while breathing normally (try not hold your breath).

4. Start to walk forwards, maintaining the brace and keeping the weights as still as you can.

5. Walk for about 10-20meters.
