Fire Hydrants with Theraband - Exercise Sheet
1. Medium-strength Band around knees (just above knees)
2. Be in a 4-point-kneel position, hands and knees. Use a cushion or mat under your knees for comfort.

3. Keeping your knee bent at about 90deg, lift your knee out to the side about 45deg.
4. Hold for 3 seconds, then return.
Do 15 on one side, then repeat on the other. Do 2 sets.
