Golfer’s Lift – Drinking Bird
1. This is to help you pick things up off the floor with less stress on your lower back.
2. Standing on one leg (slight bend in your standing knee) with the opposite leg extended behind you.
3. Hinge at the hips, bend forward with your torso as your back leg swings behind you. Keeping a straight line from your shoulders to your back leg.
4. Reverse this movement by raising your torso up and lowering your back leg to stand vertical.
Do this when you have to pick up objects off the floor.
