Horizontal row (with powerband)

1. Grasp a powerband or cable set at shoulder height with both hands, elbows out to the side with shoulders 90 degrees.

2. Squeezing the shoulder blades together and keeping your elbows out to the side, pull your hands in towards your chest, then release slowly.
