Leaning Tower
This the leaning tower technique. For when you need to lean forward for something.
For example: brushing teeth, getting up off chair/seat/toilet, or reaching for something low down.
1. Start with hands on thighs, leaning through your hands, do a quarter squat.
2. Next, go do a hip hinge while keeping your weight through your hands.
3. Walk your hands up your thighs when you return to standing.
