Log Roll- Getting out of bed
1. While lying on your back, bend your knees.
2. Roll onto your side. Keep your shoulders and hips together as a unit as you roll.
3. Keep bottom arm tucked in near body. Place your top hand in front of you at chest level.
4. Slowly raise your body pushing through elbow and hand as you lower your legs toward the floor.
**Use your legs as a counterweight to help your momentum to sitting up
