1. Lying on your back

2. Knees bent, feet flat on floor, feet hip width apart

Lumbar Rotation stretch

3. Keep hips and feet on floor and drop both knees to the RIGHT only

4. Rotate gently through the low back

5. Bring knees back to the top

 

Repeat x10. Do 2x sets
