Palloff Press (anti-rotation) - Exercise Sheet

1. Start standing side-on, holding a powerband in both hands.

2. Pull the band across to the middle of your chest, switching your tummy on.

3. Punch forward resisting the rotational pull of the band, keeping core engaged. You should feel the band trying ton rotate you around, resist this!

4. Bring hands back to chest with control.

5. Repeat both sides (facing each way)
