Push ups (kneeling)
1. Kneeling on the floor with your arms outstretched in front of you.
2. Lean your body weight onto your arms
3. Bend your elbows, lowering your chest to the ground, then push up and straighten your elbows again
4. Try not to shrug or collapse your shoulders and shoulder blades, or point your elbows out to the side too far.
