Quadriceps setting with small ball - Exercise Sheet
1. Standing about 10cm away from wall.
2. Place soft cushion or ball just above the knee and behind the leg.

3. Push into ball with back of knee until your quadriceps muscle get tired and fell like they are working. Hold for 3-5 seconds each time.
