Scapular punch

1. Using a theraband or cable machine at shoulder height, stand side on with a little bit of tension on the cable and elbow tucked into the side.

    2. First rotate your body so it is facing forwards, without leaning forwards.

      3. Then punch the cable forwards with your shoulder at about 90degrees, before returning it to your side and rotating back to the starting position.
