Sneezing (and/or coughing) with back pain
This is a strategy to help limit your back pain with uncontrollable actions such as sneezing.
1. When you feel like you are about to sneeze, stand up nice and tall.

2. Brace your lats by pulling your shoulder blades down to your hips and elbows tucked into your ribcage.

3. Aim for short sharp sneeze. This can also be used for coughing.

4. Try to avoid bending or hunching over too much!
