Tie shoelaces (Foot on chair)
This is a strategy to help you limit your back pain when you are putting on your shoes and tying your laces.
1. Stand in line with the chair or stair. Making sure your wright is evenly distributed.

2. Slowly raise your leg onto the chair and lean forward slightly. This will help improve your balance.

3. If your chair does not have a back support (such as a stool), try to sit up so you have a slight curve in your lower back.
