Wall Kneeling Thoracic Rotation Stretch - Exercise Sheet
1. Begin in half-kneeling, with your inside knee and hip against a wall (as pictured).
2. Have your inside shoulder and arm pressed against the wall, and your outside arm up with it.
3. Rotate your shoulder and upper back as much as yon can, trying to reach your outside arm back to the wall behind you.
4. Try your best to keep your knee and hip on the wall as well!
