CLINICAL INTEREST: Stephan believes strongly in the capacity of exercise-based therapy to improve disorders of movement and mitigate pain. Stephan has a primary interest in managing musculoskeletal disorders ranging from recent injuries, to longstanding movement disorders. He takes pride in helping patients through the journey from initial rehabilitation and foundational strength training, to returning to the activities they enjoy. Stephan has a passion for assisting people become more effecting in managing their own conditions and their own physical health.

** The 13 Week Clinical Pilates Program at MD Health is not a lock in contract and you are not required to attend for the full 13 weeks if you do not wish.
