Content of the workshop on Teamwork & Collaboration – 23rd September 2023
During the workshop, we explored the advantages of teamwork and collaboration.
In particular we covered:
- The advantages to the quality of work for both the customers and the teams when vulnerability based trust is built within the team
- The importance of healthy, productive conflict in decision making and building trust
- Having diversity in the team. Having people who have different strength makes for a better, more well-rounded team
